Meh,,,it's been a pretty good year ha,no it's been GREAT!

This year I have really change my life around for the good.

If you all remember this time last year I was suffering a severe bout of depression. And, since that time I have taken back my life and made it about me.

I  moved out of the ex’s house in July, best thing I did all year! I’m happy to report that he now has a new gf,,she seems smart and her kids are all grown up, I wish them the best.

I have almost finished my Dental Assisting Course (at least the first part is done in Feb), and then the second part is from March till June,,then I will be totally done,,but I can start working in my profession in February,,,woohoo!

I believe these changes have actually helped me and my older daughter bond together stronger, and that I am inspiring her and she is actually excited in her life, we are planning to have her move in with me in Barrie, in the summer. That way she will be in the city where she has access to the public transit and will be able to get a more reliable job. I am soooo proud of her and her accomplishments that she too has done this year. Love yah honey (cause I know she’s reading this)xoxo.

Yesterday I moved out of my lovely room that I was renting, to a friend’s house that he and his gf just bought. The reason’s being is it’s cheaper and that it’s closer to downtown and too school and I will be able to walk to and from school, and hopefully I will be able to walk to work once I find a part time job,,,that I desperately need right now. It’s alot smaller room,,,but I like to think of it as being incentive to get my own place just as soon as I can.

I have jumped back into the dating scene,,,,it really hasn’t been too successful,,,I have met some whack jobs, oh well at least I have some good stories for the blog. I have a FWB buddy,,,which is suiting us both just fine right now where our lives are at this particular time, we make each other laugh and generally have a good time together,,,and then we both go on with our lives. I still hope to one day meet the man of my dreams,,,but it’s not a race and I’m not going to die if it doesn’t happen immediately.

My plans and resolutions for 2013 you ask?

To finish school, and get a job in my profession that I love.

Get my own place and furnish it to my liking.

To get fit again (that is one thing I didn’t keep up with this year),,but starting Jan 2nd I start to at least walk everywhere.

Tonight is New Year’s Eve: I was going to stay home because I am super broke, I have $20 to my name,,and then I thought,,,screw that. I’m going to go downtown, and hang out a my local pub with a new gf I met at said pub and enjoy myself  and ring in a even better New Year 2013!
